Sabin x Lowe’s Renovation

Featured in Lowe’s Destination Renovation series, Sabin x Lowe’s Renovation was a full kitchen renovation in a 1947 Minimal Traditional home—reimagined for modern family living while honoring its warm, lived-in charm.

This project gave us the unique opportunity to collaborate closely with both a film production team and a very special client: my sister. Together, we transformed the heart of her home by installing new flooring, lighting, cabinetry hardware, a tile backsplash, and custom shelving. We also integrated new appliances—including a hood, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher—and added thoughtful touches like a new sink, faucet, and water line to elevate both form and function.

The design challenge? Creating a space that felt personal and warm, while guiding the aesthetic toward something timeless and lasting. With soft layers of white, gold finishes, terracotta-toned chairs, and walls painted in a creamy mauve with a subtle pink tint, the palette feels fresh yet grounded.

The result is a bright, welcoming kitchen—a space where memories are made, meals are shared, and morning coffee rituals are now a little more special.
